I am sure that…

this will be THE year that Violet gets pregnant. I am positive of it and have to just try and relax until it does, right?? Okay, so not that easy at all, but I am definitely going to try to keep positive. We are going to be using a lot of positive thoughts around our house with the hopes that it does help. To start off that good thinking we have started calling the office/whatever room the “baby’s room”. Which  has been actually helpful the past few weeks because it reminds me that even though we are struggling getting pregnant, eventually that will be the baby’s room. No if, ands or buts, that room will house a baby eventually!

After the last cycle we tried ended in a negative I had stated that we would be taking two months off to sort of step away from all things baby and just enjoy the lovely life we have constructed. But, as you all know TTC is an obsessive creature that must not lay await for too long, so we will be trying next cycle.  It was nice to not try this month and take off for the holidays, but I just can’t take much time off. It is harder to not try then to try because it just adds more and more time between us and our ultimate goal.  So we will continue to put the kitchen remodel, refurnishing all the other floors in the house for a bit longer. We can get to that once there is a little one growing in Violet, which as I mentioned before will be this year.
